On the afternoon of May 23, the 2025 Ningbo High-tech Zone Enterprise Overseas Exchange Conference and the establishment ceremony of the Yongchuang Overseas Service Ecological Alliance hosted by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Ningbo National High-tech Zone, Juxian Street of High-tech Zone, and Ningbo Yonggang Modern Science and Technology Park were successfully held.

The event focuses on the international development of science and technology innovation enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningbo High-tech Zone, builds a platform for cross-border service supply and demand docking, promotes in-depth cooperation between banks, law firms, digital service providers and manufacturing enterprises, and forms a full-chain service plan covering trade compliance, carbon tariff response, and intelligent management of overseas warehouses.

At the beginning of the meeting, Jiang Wei, director of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Ningbo National High-tech Zone, delivered a speech, emphasizing that small and medium-sized enterprises going overseas are of great significance to regional economic development, and enterprises should improve the compliance management system, break through technical trade barriers, and help enterprises explore overseas markets with regulatory empowerment, and comprehensively enhance new advantages in international competition.

At the exchange meeting, the establishment ceremony of the Yongchuang Overseas Service Ecological Alliance was held, and Dr. Zheng Kang, President of Zhejiang ATTC Vehicle Research Institute, took the stage as a representative to participate in the ceremony and won the first batch of overseas service organization certificates.

Subsequently, the seven invited companies delivered keynote sharing speeches on enterprises going overseas, among which Dr. Zheng Kang delivered a keynote speech on "How Chinese OEMs and Suppliers Should Go Overseas to Europe", which answered three questions - why go overseas to Europe, how OEMs go overseas, and how suppliers go overseas.
