Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
This afternoon's special session focuses on going overseas. First of all, I would like to pay tribute to the outstanding enterprises that are going to sea and are about to go overseas! Because going to sea is really difficult, but it is very meaningful.
My theme for today is "Born Global". It is an honor to share some of ATTC's feelings and thoughts on going overseas in the past two years. When preparing for my speech, I asked myself: Why are we still discussing going to sea today? This topic has been popular for so many years. I think there is a type of enterprise that has not yet acted, what are they waiting for? They are waiting for a successful case and want to draw confidence from the experience of others before deciding whether to take this step.
This leads to a question: going to sea, is it an external or internal seeking? Is it a leader or a follower? Another type of enterprise has already set off, but it is often trapped in the cycle of "constantly starting and returning to the starting point". Why? After thinking about it, I found that the long-term strategy of going overseas requires a lot of continuous investment of manpower and money. But when it comes to commitment, we often withdraw and are always looking for a shortcut that can easily succeed. Therefore, another question arises: going overseas, is it speculation or investment?
"Laws never achieve anyone, and if you happen to have achievements, you must have mastered the law." ATTC is a service company that has been deeply involved in the field of automotive inspection and testing for 20 years. Based on a deep understanding of automotive product quality, we are laying out overseas automotive after-sales business. Please look at this set of numbers: 99.99% - this is the percentage of users that one of our overseas BD managers exceeds in one year's flight miles.
At present, ATTC is promoting the layout at the rate of adding 10 new overseas after-sales outlets every month. We expect to have 200 global service outlets by the end of next year (2026). ATTC is committed to becoming the most solid after-sales guarantee for Chinese automobiles going overseas. Our business covers in-depth after-sales maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, battery repairs, and emergency support services for Chinese cars going overseas.
Someone asked me: Why do you do this? What is the significance? It's about our selection logic:
Reason 1: Because of the major, no one understands car quality better than us in 20 years of focusing on China's automobile quality research.
Reason 2: Because of efficiency, we output "Chinese efficiency".
Reason 3: Because of our cost advantage, only third-party companies can truly reduce costs and increase efficiency by integrating China's automobile after-sales resources. This is why we are determined to go to sea.
When asked if I am too confident, I would like to say: This confidence does not come from me personally, but from my firm confidence in China's automobile industry, China's supply chain, and China's automobile ecology. going to sea must be ecological going to sea and achieving each other. This ecology includes logistics, finance, charging, after-sales and other elements, just like forests need sunlight, water, and nutrients. ATTC's goal is to become the sunshine, rain and nutrients that nourish this overseas ecology.
In the past two years, ATTC's journey to the sea has not been easy. We often encounter difficulties, experience reflection, start again, encounter challenges again, reflect again, and start again. During this period, we have come into contact with many Chinese companies and successful foreign companies. After reflection, we believe that the success of going overseas is inseparable from three key elements (like "muscles"): first, there must be first-class products; second, it must have localized attributes; Third, there must be a global structure and Chinese efficiency.
This "muscle" supports growth, but we also need to think: what is the "bone" that supports the "muscle"?
At last year's (2024) Hannover Motor Show, ATTC and local Internet celebrity media interviewed Chinese overseas companies participating in the exhibition. At the exhibition, I saw hard-working Chinese and Chinese enterprises full of science and technology. During the exchange, everyone enthusiastically shared their overseas tactics. I seem to have found a methodology, but I always feel that something is missing.
Until I met a company. When asked about the difficulties and solutions to go to sea, the other party replied: "We are moving forward in an orderly manner according to the strategy, and the difficulties are within expectations, and there are no special problems." When asked about its price strategy and European positioning, they said: "If you want to be a small but beautiful company, the strategy is not to be anxious, not anxious, and not forced." This answer seems to be wrong, but it makes me think deeply: in the highly competitive field of autonomous driving, why can this company be so determined and the value anchor so clear?
This seems to be a strategic issue, but in fact it confirms what the Tao Te Ching says about "the use of the weak". Strategy is not only about choice, but also about giving up; Its deep output is not local folk culture, but a strong culture. At that moment, I found the answer: we finally went to sea, and what came out was culture! Why emphasize cultural going overseas? Because for ordinary people, culture is the smallest investment but the most powerful lever. With a strong cultural core and current capabilities, we can achieve fissile growth around the world. "If people have no long-term worries, they will have immediate worries", as inspired by the theme of this forum "Decision".
When it comes to going to sea, we must think: why go to sea? What happened in the first 30 years? For the past 30 years, "Made in China" has been our label. But today's going to sea is by no means a simple export, it must be a brand going overseas! Sometimes, only by forgetting "who we were" can we see "who we will be in the future".
Looking back on the past 30 years, China has cultivated a large number of hardworking, hardworking, hard-working and tenacious entrepreneurs. They are often accompanied by anxiety and restlessness. But perhaps it is this anxiety and uneasiness that prompts them to introspect and discipline, and transform commitment, silence and anger into a powerful inner vitality. They are becoming the founders of the new century foundation with the strongest attitude.
Finally, I would like to once again pay tribute to the outstanding entrepreneurs who are fighting on the journey to sea at this moment - they have not lost their spirit and have not sunk their twilight! Thank you all!
going to sea must be ecological going to sea is mutual achievement
As Mr. Wan said in his speech, in the past two years, ATTC's road to the sea has not been smooth. We often encounter difficulties, experience reflection, start again, encounter challenges, reflect again, and start again, but for ATTC, going overseas is the trend of history, because the accumulation of automobile inspection and testing technology in the past 20 years has given ATTC a very deep understanding of automobile quality. In the future, Zhejiang ATTC will enhance its overseas business development capabilities by actively expanding overseas markets and accelerating global layout, continue to invest in automotive ecological services overseas, and use China's efficiency and cost advantages to help Chinese automobile OEMs and supply chains enter the global market.
