Recently, at the "2026 Baden-Württemberg (Germany) – Hangzhou Investment Promotion Conference and Exchange Dinner," Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. was invited to attend as a representative of Zhejiang enterprises, and Dr. Zheng Kang, Dean of the Vehicle Research Institute, delivered a thematic presentation. Co-hosted by the International Economic and Scientific Cooperation Agency of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and the Hangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Hangzhou), the event was held in the Anlan Hall of Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Bin'ao.

After the opening, representatives from CCPIT Hangzhou and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs delivered speeches in succession, creating a positive atmosphere for the event. Subsequently, Gunnar Mey, Director of the International Economic and Scientific Cooperation Agency of Baden-Württemberg, shared insights in an accessible manner on the theme of "Baden-Württemberg's Business Environment and Going-Global Opportunities," providing valuable policy interpretation and industry insights for participating enterprises.

In the keynote session, Dr. Zheng Kang, Dean of the Vehicle Research Institute of Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd., delivered a presentation titled "Zhejiang Enterprises' Investment Experience in Germany," detailing Zhejiang ATTC's investment practices in Germany to the participating guests. He particularly emphasized the company's remarkable achievements in EU certification, localized services, and global network construction. Through a joint-venture European certification body, Zhejiang ATTC has obtained EU E1 (Germany) and E37 (Turkey) core signing authority, enabling enterprises to complete the entire EU E/e-mark certification process within China when entering the European market. In addition, ATTC has helped Chinese OEMs complete a cumulative total of over 2 million kilometers of intelligent driving road testing, with service capabilities covering more than 20 countries and regions.

At the promotion conference, Dr. Zheng Kang engaged in in-depth exchanges with German enterprises including Bosch, Porsche, and NEURA Robotics. This exchange not only facilitated technical communication and the reaching of cooperation intentions between both parties, but also provided valuable opportunities for subsequent collaboration, further promoting market expansion and industry innovation in relevant fields.

This event served as an important platform for deepening economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang and Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It provided enterprises investing in Germany with valuable opportunities for policy interpretation, experience sharing, and resource matching, helping to promote more Chinese enterprises to understand Germany's investment environment and expand into the European market.
