ATTC Inspection Delegation Visits WRC 2026 for On-Site Coverage: From Beijing, Gazing at the New Landscape of the Global Robotics Industry

From August 19 to 23, the 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC 2026) was held at the Beijing Yizhuang Beiren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme of "Human-Robot Symbiosis, Integration of Production and Demand," this year's conference covered a total exhibition area of approximately 55,000 square meters, with over 300 exhibiting enterprises — a 36% increase from last year — more than 3,000 exhibits, over 150 debut new products, and support from nearly 30 international institutions. The World Robot Competition Finals held concurrently also attracted global attention.
ATTC dispatched an inspection delegation to conduct in-depth on-site research. Focusing on the company's business directions such as robotics testing and certification and after-sales network layout, the delegation examined the latest technological developments and market trends in the robotics industry, the dynamics of testing and certification technical standards, engaged with potential partners, and gained an in-depth understanding of the real demand for after-sales services in robotics going global, providing frontline market support for the strategic advancement of ATTC's robotics segment.


Highlight 1: Humanoid Robot "Model Explosion" — From "Showing Off Skills" to "Getting Work Done"
Humanoid robots remained the biggest highlight at this year's conference. Unitree Robotics, UBTECH, AgiBot, Galbot, Fourier Intelligence, LimX Dynamics, and others were all present. UBTECH brought its new-generation humanoid robot Walker S5; LimX Dynamics showcased its bipedal robot TRON 1; AgiBot displayed its "Expedition" series; and Unitree showcased its H1-2 humanoid robot. The Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center released Pelican Unify, a unified embodied multimodal large model.
"Can work, can deliver, can close deals" became the core highlight. The Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center exhibited the NAVIAI WA1 industrial-grade ultra-precision operation robot, specializing in scenarios such as automotive assembly and targeting real industrial pain points with micron-level precision. Forty-eight central enterprises made their first joint appearance, showcasing 12 application scenarios.


Highlight 2: Over 30 Zhejiang Enterprises Collectively Appear, Zhejiang-Made Robots' Hard-Core Strength Fully Displayed
More than 30 Zhejiang enterprises collectively appeared at this year's conference with their latest R&D achievements, demonstrating the hard-core strength and cluster effect of Zhejiang's robotics industry. Deep Robotics released the world's first industrial-grade all-weather humanoid robot DR02, capable of adapting to complex environments such as humidity, rain, and dust. Shenhao Technology, exhibiting for the sixth time, displayed six iterative new products and a self-developed embodied intelligence training and verification platform. The Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center appeared at Booth C-105 with its NAVIAI humanoid robot. Huazhijian, under Zhongjian Technology, made a grand appearance with its two-story-tall concept humanoid robot ZERO, which, with minimalism and Oriental aesthetics at its core, became the visual focus of the entire venue.
In addition, Hangzhou Xynova presented the offline debut of its research-grade direct-drive dexterous hand Prima 1; Yufan Intelligence's full-stack self-developed quadruped robot "Cyberling · Lingmao" performed a 720-degree continuous backflip; and Chengtech exhibited its hip joint assistive exoskeleton GoGo-H Pro, weighing only 2.2 kilograms with a response frequency of up to 1,000 times per second. The concentrated appearance of Zhejiang's robotics industry is not only a powerful footnote to Zhejiang's continuous efforts in this track, but also provides broad space for ATTC to cooperate in areas such as testing and certification, standard setting, and industry chain collaboration.


Highlight 3: Automotive Industry Chain Accelerates Entry, Robotics Testing Demand About to Explode
Automakers accelerating their entry into the robotics track became an important signal at this year's conference. China FAW appeared in the central enterprise exhibition area with multiple achievements including wheel-arm robots and full-size bipedal humanoid robots, centrally showcasing "China's embodied intelligence fully autonomous automotive manufacturing industrial-grade implementation scenarios." FAW's wheel-arm robot, using 100% full-stack self-development, has already completed tasks such as windshield washer fluid reservoir picking and delivery, and rear suspension bolt tightening on real production lines. Chery Mojia Robot also appeared in the exhibition area, showcasing innovative paths such as vehicle-machine reuse. Core component manufacturers such as Leaderdrive, Wolong Electric Drive, Tongchuan, Xinjian, Wuzhou Xinxing, Moons' Electric, and Leadshine Intelligent gathered to exhibit.
Against the backdrop of the accelerating integration of robotics and the automotive industry chain — from core components to complete machines, from industrial scenarios to home services — the more complete the industry chain, the more urgent the demand for supporting services such as testing and certification, after-sales service, and data compliance. JD.com announced that it will build robotics after-sales service capabilities covering over 100 countries worldwide in the next five years. Meanwhile, global data protection, AI regulation, and safety standards continue to upgrade, and compliance has become a key threshold for robotics enterprises expanding into overseas markets.
From "exhibition prototypes" to "the first year of delivery," from "showing off skills" to "getting work done" — the door to mass production has opened. As products begin to enter the market on a large scale, the industry's focus of competition is shifting from "who can build it first" to "who can make customers truly use it." Can the after-sales service network cover overseas? Can testing and certification meet multi-country access requirements? Can data compliance address regulatory differences across markets? These questions are transforming from "bonus items" into "must-answer questions."
