On the morning of March 5, Jin Shan, Vice Mayor of Ningbo Municipality, led a delegation to pay an official visit to Zhejiang ATTC for thematic research on the testing and inspection industry. Yu Liyong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; Chen Jianjun, Director and Party Secretary of the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation; Ren Hongping, Deputy Director of the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation; and principal officials of relevant municipal and district departments accompanied the visit. Wan Xinwei, General Manager of Zhejiang ATTC; Dr. Zheng Kang, Dean of the Vehicle Research Institute; Li Jinsong, General Manager of the International Certification Division; Xu Zhanchuan, Head of the EMC Laboratory; and other representatives warmly received the research delegation.
The research delegation visited the EMC Laboratory, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the company's qualifications and capabilities in the automotive testing and inspection industry, and toured the laboratory's various testing facilities. Jin Shan expressed high recognition of the company's technical strength.

At the symposium, Wan Xinwei briefed Jin Shan and her delegation on the company's current development status. She pointed out that the current stage is a golden period for Chinese industries to go global, as well as a new opportunity for the development of the testing and inspection industry. With the growing influence of Chinese brands in the international market, there is an urgent need for a complete overseas service chain. At this stage, Zhejiang ATTC is building on its testing capabilities as the foundation and extending its business to international certification, global after-sales service, and engineering services, providing one-stop empowerment for Chinese industries going global.

During the research visit, Jin Shan carefully listened to Wan Xinwei's report. She highly commended the remarkable achievements Zhejiang ATTC has made so far. Jin Shan emphasized that enterprises should adhere to innovation-driven development, promote industrial upgrading, and improve quality and efficiency, adding that the government will provide active support throughout the enterprise's development process.

This research visit fully reflects the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government's deep concern and earnest expectations for Zhejiang ATTC's development. Going forward, Zhejiang ATTC will closely focus on the "global service infrastructure" strategy, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, accelerate its global layout, and actively collaborate with government departments to integrate resources, fully unlocking the cluster advantages of Ningbo's manufacturing industry.
