During Auto China 2026 (Beijing International Automotive Exhibition), the "Auto Parts Enterprises Going Global Forum under the New Landscape" was grandly held at the Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center. Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. was invited to attend this industry event. Dr. Zheng Kang, Dean of the Vehicle Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled "From 'Product Going Global' to 'Ecosystem Going Global': Global Talent Strategy for Chinese Auto Parts Enterprises," which elicited enthusiastic responses from the participating guests.
In his speech, Dr. Zheng Kang systematically analyzed the deep-seated challenges of Chinese automotive going global from the perspective of talent strategy. He pointed out that Chinese automotive and parts enterprises have initially completed the "product going global" stage, but in the face of mature markets such as Europe, they are now at a critical period of transformation and upgrading from "product going global" to "ecosystem going global."

"The European market has extremely high loyalty to local brands, and Chinese automakers generally face the dual challenges of a 'brand trust deficit' and an acute shortage of cross-cultural management talent," Dr. Zheng Kang emphasized in his speech. "The real barrier lies not in technology or cost, but in the integration of culture and talent. The setbacks many enterprises encounter in overseas markets stem from a lack of management talent with cross-cultural communication skills and the mindset of 'remote control from headquarters.'"
Addressing this industry pain point, Dr. Zheng Kang called on Chinese auto parts enterprises to change their mindset and implement a "glocalization" (global localization) strategy. He believes that successful going global requires not only excellent product quality and technical certification, but also the establishment of trust and authorization mechanisms, as well as the cultivation of a talent pipeline with cross-cultural communication capabilities.

"In the process of serving Chinese automakers going global, Zhejiang ATTC has deeply realized that technical certification is merely the 'entry ticket,' while the real 'admission pass' is cultural integration and talent localization," Dr. Zheng Kang shared, drawing on Zhejiang ATTC's 20 years of experience in automotive technology services. "Enterprises need to establish localized technical teams, management teams, and service networks in overseas markets to truly win the trust of the local market."
Dr. Zheng Kang's speech resonated strongly at the forum. Participating experts generally agreed that amid the intensifying global competition in the automotive industry, talent strategy has become a key factor in the success of Chinese auto parts enterprises going global. The concept of "from product going global to ecosystem going global" proposed in this speech has provided new development ideas for the industry.
As an important component of Auto China 2026, this "Auto Parts Enterprises Going Global Forum under the New Landscape" brought together more than 200 representatives from automotive industry associations, renowned automakers, parts suppliers, testing and certification institutions, investment firms, and other organizations. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on the opportunities and challenges of the global development of China's automotive industry chain.

Zhejiang ATTC will continue to uphold its original aspiration, providing comprehensive support for Chinese automotive and parts enterprises going global with efficient, professional, reliable, and well-rounded technical services. Going forward, the company will further strengthen its presence in major global automotive markets, build a more comprehensive global service network, and help Chinese automotive brands win more respect and trust on the international stage.
