On the morning of May 28, Liang Linchong, Director-General of the Department of Regional Opening-up of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), led a "Belt and Road" thematic research delegation to pay an official visit to Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. Accompanied by relevant leaders from the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the District Management Committee, the delegation conducted thematic research on the enterprise's going-global practices under the Belt and Road Initiative and the development of its industrial service capabilities. Wan Xinwei, General Manager of the company, together with the heads of various overseas business segments and the core technical team, warmly received the delegation.

The research delegation first visited the company's EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Laboratory, gaining a detailed understanding of ATTC's testing capabilities and qualification levels in the new energy vehicle sector. As one of China's advanced electromagnetic compatibility testing bases, the laboratory possesses comprehensive EMC testing capabilities and authorization qualifications from over ten domestic OEMs. Through on-site inspection and briefings on technical capabilities, Director-General Liang Linchong expressed high recognition of Zhejiang ATTC's comprehensive strength in the testing field. In addition, the research team visited the 360° laboratory monitoring system, gaining an in-depth understanding of our company's process control and quality traceability capabilities throughout the full testing chain.

At the subsequent symposium, General Manager Wan Xinwei delivered a systematic report on ATTC's service layout in countries along the Belt and Road in recent years, under the theme of "Let Chinese Standards Go Global." The company has established more than 20 physical service outlets in Germany, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Through a joint-venture European certification body, it has obtained E1/E37 core signing authority and is accelerating the construction of global laboratories, striving to build a "global service infrastructure." General Manager Wan pointed out that the core of future global industrial competition is not only product competition, but also competition in standards systems and rules systems. ATTC is accelerating its expansion into emerging fields such as robotics and intelligent 3C products, striving to capture the high ground of future industrial technology standards.

Director-General Liang Linchong fully affirmed ATTC's achievements in overseas service network construction, exploration of standard mutual recognition, and data compliance practices. He noted that, as a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, ATTC — with the mission of "letting Chinese standards go global" — has blazed an exemplary internationalization path for third-party technical service institutions. He encouraged ATTC to continue leveraging its "chain leader" advantages in the industrial chain, develop more replicable experiences in areas such as standard output, certification mutual recognition, and overseas compliance, and drive upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly participate in Belt and Road construction, providing solid technical support for the high-quality going global of Chinese manufacturing.

This research visit has built an important communication bridge between the government and the enterprise. It is not only a full affirmation of Zhejiang ATTC's technical strength and service capabilities by the state, but also a great encouragement for the company's future development. Looking ahead, Zhejiang ATTC will continue to increase investment in domestic and overseas laboratories.
