On the afternoon of May 28, Xu Youlong, Party Secretary and Director of the Wuhu Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, led a delegation to pay an official visit to Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd. for inspection and study. They were accompanied by Hu Xiaofeng, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, and relevant officials from the High-tech Zone Administration for Market Regulation. Wan Xinwei, General Manager of the company, and the technical team warmly received the delegation.

The inspection delegation visited the company's EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Laboratory on-site, gaining a detailed understanding of ATTC's technical capabilities and qualification levels in new energy vehicle testing, electromagnetic compatibility testing, and other areas. As an important supporting service provider in the new energy vehicle industry chain, ATTC — leveraging its advanced laboratory facilities, full-process quality control system, and multiple internationally authoritative certifications — has provided end-to-end technical services, from R&D verification to mass production testing, for major domestic OEMs and upstream and downstream parts enterprises.
Secretary Xu Youlong spoke highly of ATTC's testing capabilities and service model. He introduced Wuhu's latest innovation achievements in the fields of robotics and intelligent equipment, particularly the remarkable results achieved in robotics technological innovation, industrial application, and industry chain collaboration. He noted that Wuhu is accelerating the development of a nationally influential robotics industry cluster, and welcomed ATTC to establish a presence in Wuhu, jointly promoting the deep integration of testing and inspection services with high-end manufacturing.

General Manager Wan Xinwei expressed gratitude for Secretary Xu's invitation and introduced ATTC's strategic layout in emerging fields. She stated that, centered on the "global service infrastructure" strategy, the company is accelerating the building of testing and certification capabilities in fields such as robotics, the low-altitude economy, and intelligent 3C products. Meanwhile, the company is actively seeking suitable cities in China to invest in and build joint-venture laboratories, in order to better align with industry clusters and serve regional economic development. ATTC is willing to further strengthen exchanges with Wuhu and explore cooperation opportunities in areas such as robotics testing, standard mutual recognition, and joint laboratory construction.
This inspection visit has built a good platform for the coordinated development of testing and inspection and high-end manufacturing industries between the two regions. Both parties expressed that they will maintain communication and promote the implementation of substantive cooperation.
