On the afternoon of May 28, 2026 (local time), the China (Ningbo)–Slovenia Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Meeting was grandly held at the Emona 2 Congress Hall of the InterContinental Hotel in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce and SPIRIT Slovenia respectively conducted in-depth promotions on Ningbo's open economy, the China-CEEC Expo, and Slovenia's advantageous industries. Officials including the Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Healthcare Security Bureau and the Director of the Ningbo Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) also provided professional briefings on the Central and Eastern European pharmaceutical centralized procurement platform and import-export trade, building a solid policy and platform bridge for enterprises of both regions.

As the closing enterprise sharing session of this exchange meeting, Dr. Zheng Kang, Dean of the Vehicle Research Institute of Zhejiang ATTC Automotive Technology Service Co., Ltd., took the stage to deliver a thematic presentation titled "Zhejiang ATTC's Practices and Cooperation Vision in the Central and Eastern European Market."

In his presentation, Dr. Zheng first introduced to the participating guests Zhejiang ATTC's core advantages in automotive testing and inspection, international certification, and global after-sales service. He stated that Zhejiang ATTC has always been committed to providing "hard-core" technical support for the Chinese automotive industry going global. In response to the Slovenian and broader Central and Eastern European markets, ATTC has established a comprehensive localized technical service and compliance certification system. He highlighted ATTC's initial explorations in industrial collaboration with various government departments and local enterprises, and issued a cooperation initiative, expressing the expectation of deeper and more pragmatic cooperation with Slovenian partners in the future in areas such as testing and certification, autonomous driving, and the development of the humanoid robot industry.
